These terms govern your use of 5wire hosting and AI Deploy, provided by 5wire Networks Ltd. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

We provide managed UK web hosting and the AI Deploy gateway. AI Deploy is included with every Web Hosting plan at no extra charge.

Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Where we fall short of a commitment set out in your plan, remedies are handled per our service level terms.

Billing and refunds

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. New Web Hosting plans come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Payment is taken through a secure browser invoice link.

Acceptable use

Your use of the service must follow our acceptable use policy. We scan every deploy for security and may block content that puts the platform or other customers at risk.
